Tarot Therapy
While traditionally giving the opportunity to peer into possibilities for the future, Tarot also has the potential to lead one to a better understanding of different aspects of one's life - such as your health, career and relationships, and how they are being influenced by the past and present.
Tarot helps to heal the mind as it opens up to possibilities while providing closure. It also helps one to be in a better position to navigate life, giving affirmation, validation or guidance wherever necessary. The very phenomenon of understanding affects many areas of one’s life. Changing and forming an enlightened perspective naturally causes shifts that help one lead a more empowered and conscious existence.

It is administered by placing the hands in different positions over different areas of the body. Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki heals by restoring the balance in the flow of this "life force energy."
Reiki heals on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Crystals may also be used during a session.

The little ones - humans and pets - benefit from the healing powers of Reiki too! This shorter 20 minute session works best for shorter attention spans. Reiki is especially a nice boost when in recovery from an illness, transition or a generally overstimulated and over-scheduled life. Reiki offers these little souls as much peace, balance and grounding that adults receive from a session.

ThetaHealing® Medical Intuitive
I am a certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner. ThetaHealing, as opposed to Reiki, feels like a more "active" form of energy healing. The ThetaHealer® identifies any spiritual, emotional or mental blocks a client may hold consciously or subconsciously. This is usually in the form of some limiting belief or obligation held in by some sort of trauma from the past, genetics, or anywhere in the body or DNA. ThetaHealing® sessions can be described as a little bit of psychotherapy with energy healing work.

Past Life Regression
There are various techniques to do a past life regression. I use crystals and ThetaHealing® to facilitate the regression and transform it into a unique and safe healing experience. Past life regression opens the opportunity to gain wisdom and insight into present conditions, carried on from past life experiences. Sometimes the issues and illnesses we bring into our present reality started from a past life. Coupled with ThetaHealing®, it now becomes possible to heal those conditions at their possible source, the past life level, in order to bring healing into the present.

Land & Space Healing
Sometimes our homes and the land we live on carry residual energies of previous owners, ancestors, entities, shock, trauma, open portals, curses, psychic attacks, oaths to the land, other energetic imprints, etc. As a result, the energy of the space that is supposed to nourish and recharge us just doesn't anymore. Reiki, ThetaHealing®, smudging techniques, sound therapy, crystal therapy & others will be used to CLEAR, HEAL & PROGRAM your land and space to align with your goals and to nurture the spirit better. Infuse your home, studio or office with the energies and programs of abundance, productivity, safety, security, harmony, joy, balance, fun, peace, love, home, and more.
The process begins with a consultation, discussing the current experience within the space and outside of the space. At this point, the space will also be scanned psychically. Goals and desires will be identified and thus used to determine a plan of action for the healing session. A proposal will be presented for approval with the opportunity to add or remove items.

After approval, the next step is then to proceed in implementing the plan then a check up after a week and after a month in case any adjustments or enhancements need to be made.

Frequently Asked Questions
do you do in home sessions?
At the moment I am not doing sessions in private homes of clients or my own. All direct sessions for now take place at PureJoy Yoga.
What kind of healing session is right for me?
All the modalities work on all the levels, but we invite you to reach out to help assess your need and situation in order to suggest a treatment.
How do I prepare for a Direct (in person) Reiki session?
For Reiki or a past life regression, we ask you be in comfortable clothing. Arrive at least 10 min early so you have time to use the rest room, fill out necessary paperwork, ask your questions and settle down to prepare yourself to receive the Reiki. As best you can, come with an open mind and an open heart.
How do I prepare for a Distance Reiki session?
For Reiki or a past life regression, we ask you be in comfortable clothing. Have a light blanket nearby as needed. Situate yourself in a room with some moderate privacy and where you can lay down or sit comfortably for a prolonged period of time. Additional instructions to be discussed at consultation and prior to the session. Try your best to open in both mind and heart with the intention to heal. :)

Absolutely! The possibilities are endless. I've done Tarot fo Halloween parties, pop up events, birthday parties. I think Reiki would be amazing for baby or bridal showers. Spa party, anyone? :)

Would you be open to doing Reiki in my office?
I think that's a wonderful idea and am certainly open. There are so many ways to make the work environment more pleasant and productive and is a creative way to make the work day a little more interesting.
What are your corporate offerings?
Reiki at work available to employees in 10-15 min increments, parties, yoga, wellness or healing talks. Please reach out so we can explore options or possibilities together. Private group attunements for spas or wellness centers.
